A Closer Look

The following charts and tables offer more detail than the overview demographics. The data come from American Community Survey, 5-year 2015-2019 data from census.gov for Greenbelt.

Note on margins of error: ACS 5-year data are more reliable than 1-year data. However, in the case of this Greenbelt data, where the population size is relatively low, margins of error are very high, usually at least 10%, sometimes more than 50%. The values in the charts and tables below can show patterns and trends to be verified by further research, but they should not be construed as accurate beyond this margin of error. See Using American Community Survey (ACS) Estimates and Margins of Error.
